Guillotine glass walls are controlled by a remote and can be opened to any degree for complete control over natural ventilation, security against wind gusts, and optimal comfort from heat, cold, and noise. They also feature a minimal horizontal frame and maximum clear span.
Through the use of an internal counterweight mechanism, two or more vertical sliding glass panes are connected to operate a vertical sliding window. The perfectly balanced glass panes are free to cover a wide surface area and move smoothly in opposite directions. This enables the use of smaller-diameter horizontal aluminum profiles and the manual or motorized operation of very large units.
